EXCHANGE/ RETURN/ REFUND POLICY
Item sold to customers can be return/exchange under this condition
* If item is expired / opened / exploited
If item received is erroneous
* If item purchase is different
* Returning item is legit between 48hrs within Lagos and 96hrs outside
Lagos after purchase. (item become void after stimulated time)
Logistic will be shared 50/50 between the Company and the Customer
* Return or exchange is unattainable for walk-in Customer, Please ensure to inspect item at the store before departure.
REFUND POLICY
* A refund is attainable if item is sold out or exchange can be utilized
* A refund is attainable if return policy are maintained.
* Unwanted item are not refundable
* Installmental payment are not refundable
* In refund situation, 15% would be charged as bank charges and VAT that had been incurred on the payment
