Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of beauty and skincare products, we only accept returns or exchanges for:
* Damaged items
* Incorrect items delivered (mistake from us)
All issues must be reported within 24hours of delivery with clear evidence (photos/videos).
Only in the event where the returned item is not available or out of stock, can the customer request a change of product or full refund.
Refunds
Refunds are only processed if:
* The item is out of stock after payment, or
* A return has been approved after review
* Return/Refund/Exchange is not available for offline/walk-in orders. Please always inspect your purchase properly upon pick up.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
* Opened or used products
* Products damaged after delivery
* Change of mind
Shipping Fees
* Delivery fees are non-refundable
* Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is from our end
